Best Pole Combination
« on: October 27, 2014, 12:08:13 pm »
Hi
I've currently been window cleaning as an add on for around 6months and looking to expand this side of the business.

What would everyone say is the best height combination for poles. I've currently got a clx at 30ft with the extentions but looking for an extra one around 45-50ft.
Ill probably break down the clx to around a 22ft and keep the other extensions just for 3stories and use the 45-50ft one for above that.
In time I'll probably keep the clx as an 18ft get a slx for  3 stories and still have the larger pole

I feel having the right tools for any job makes half the work so for me breaking down poles for jobs is not an
option.
My choice would be an 18ft SLX or CLX for every day work.
SLX30 for hard to reach and 3rd floor jobs. If I had a large amount of this type of work then it would be an Xtreme
pole as an SLX30 is still fairly whippy.
Any higher and it would have to be an xtreme or better so I would carry three poles.

Thanks yes I was thinking the same sort of lines if I can afford them. I might even get a slx 18ft for every day and keep the clx 30ft for 3 story's.
The 45ft ish pole would only be used probably once every month or a bit more if I get more jobs soit doesn't necessarily need to be top of the range
