I live nearby and have bought a vac system from them but your right they are often not there and don't divert there phone.
Only a small company and I think they do gutter cleaning themselves, maybe a early morning or late pm call may get an answer? Email?

Good company though and the right price for the equipment

he said they they discount the phone as they are busy  ?
