Just watched the video. I really like the look of the sprung suspension system. Not the best idea to clean a plain carpet like that with a rotary extractor. The footprint can be very difficult to get out and can cause problems with the customer. The best way is to show the customer a small patch first. Also, the guy was making wide right to left passes, it is better to make much smaller ones and on plain carpet perhaps think about using the machine in a circular fashion so that the footprint is far more random.
Also don't like the holed vac shoes, we tried this on the RX with holed Teflon glides and this decreases the agitation and increases the drying time. With a closed system like this, where the shoes are in constant contact with the carpet, holed shoes seriously restrict the systems ability to breath, an open shoe allows more air and with it moisture to be extracted. The RX20 HE has high efficiency shoes with a half open vac slot, not sure of the science of this but it provides drying times of around an hour.
If you've already got the machine, it will take a few jobs to get the technique right, but rotary extractors are brill.
