Gutter cleaning job in Middlesbrough/ sub contract.
« on: September 15, 2014, 08:52:32 pm »
Gutter cleaning job in Skippers Lane , Cargo Fleet,

Two sections need Tripple extension Ladders,    12-14 Runs.    Or gutter Vac.

This work would take one man,  ladders around     3-4 hours.

I will sub contract this job for £60,        you will earn £100.

if no one wants the £100 job      i will hire 14 run tripple ladders for £20 from tool hire company and do the job myself.

There are only two sections which require the Tripple extention ladders,     around 20 minutes work.  the rest can be done via double extention ladders with ease.

Job details will not be shared untill payment made prior to job.

Idea of height for tripple ladders ,  the same height as Leaders wood shop Gutters on Newport Road

The Price has been agreed on this job by a regular Window Cleaning client,  I will arrange payment change over for you with the Client

Looks lie i will have to invest in a good heavy duty Tripple ladders / or a Decent Gutter Vac

if you think £100 for a few hours work is doley money,        ??? ???,  ill hire tripple 14s and collect £160 for my services.

some people must not make as much as you do,      you are very lucky.       every job i get is a blessing,    every penny adds up.        i dont BIG myself up,  just to turn work down.      When you get jobs to quote    be pleased they picked you for a quote.       Remember there is always someone else online offering the same services as you,  myself personally think   £100 for 3 hours work is GREAT.      no other job will offer you that,

Is this job still available? I have recently started up yet another van concentrating on our window cleaning side of the business so this job would be done by myself as a nice  filler inbetween my leafletting and first cleans. Can you tell me how you priced it? Did you take a look at the gutters? I.E you know the amount of build up in there! Is it middlesbrough centre? Parking an issue etc etc. We use a Gutter vac system and can clean upto 40 ft. email kentkleen@live.co.uk. Regards, David Kent

So you are going to put triple 14`s up yourself and then go up them alone. You should be sectioned.
