Ionic Pro 5 Filters
« on: July 19, 2014, 12:27:25 am »
Hello,
I have changed over to a static system and I have a set of Ionic Pro 5 filters for sale. The Ro is a HF5.

Was producing pure water yesterday with a TDS of 003. Changing the resin filter will bring this down to 000

£199.00

Collection from Mansfield or can package for courier collection.

PM me.

Hi again, just a few more questions...
How often do you flush your system and for how long?
What's the tds from the tap in your area?how long does the system take to fill a IBC tank with/without a booster pump?
finally, where do you get replacement sediment filters from(I ask as theyre the ones that will probably need replacing first)?

Sorry about all the questions, I have the same filters on the system in my van but they are shot at with being stood for a long time before I acquired the system, I currently using a merlin but am going through sediment filters weekly and carbon filters every 4 weeks.

Have you got a rough idea what the courier charges would be to Lancashire pal?

Regards, Simon

Hello Simon,
We flush the filters for 30 mins every Friday.
TDS in our area is 220ppm.
The filters have only ever been used in our 650 litre van. With a booster pump at 80psi it takes about 4 hours to fill.
The filters have only just been removed and make pure with a TDS of 003ppm. They have been making pure at 003 for the pst 12 months.

You will need a booster pump with these filters. 80 psi min to be effective.

Not sure on postage costs.

Hi again, have you got a phone number or website I can contact you on as the link to your site doesn't work.  Also have you had any dealings with anybody on this site that can verify who you are?
Don't want to come over as being a pain but recent fraudulent activity on the buy and sell page causes a bit of concern...

I would take them but they are priced too high(baring in mind they're over 3yrs old).

I'd be looking closer to the £100 mark IMHO :)
