Hi all
For those with established companies do you use employees or self employed contractors to do cleaning etc

Thanks all. After viewing the requirements of HMRC as an employer I think we will start off with self employed then change to employed as the company grows

always start off with self employed contractors because you have to start a payroll and it all becomes to complicated to quickly.

You will have more flexibility with your cleaners and you will find out who is committed pretty quickly.
