As its deception & fraud were dealing with.....

If you have any information regarding how you were treated,

how you were mislead?

How you were diseaved, conned, or duped etc!

How their customer care policy with you was delt with?

If you were threatened with scare tactics?

Get in touch.....

All window cleaners in the country need to know about

Such dealings with these people.

Your not alone!!!!

Help is on our side.......

Trading standards want to know!

they have there own team of solicitiors,

& are backed up with the police, & bailiifs.

Ive reported my case,

as have 3 other window cleaners that have problems with this company.

my experience with them:

My criteria:

ask 4 telephone numbers: re: Padlocked back gates &"Dogs "

front only of terraced houses, because i have 4 days of school runs.

And u cant get to owners houses b4 they go to work.

The work i recieved in ramsgate

15 of the 17 houses were terraced houses.

These home owners all work, so u cant get access to customers due to obvious reasons, limited time school runs, etc.

The initial work was actually charged to me at 4 times plus & not 2.

They have breached their own contract on 17 different levels.

Also the 2 areas i asked them to canvass, they never went there?

Alarm bells went off, when i recieved a text from a lleged customer, saying  words to the effect "thanks but no thanks"

So i went proactive...knocked at the door?

No one lived there by that name, no canvassers went to that house..

Alarm bells really went off...

the actual work only added up to in their world

£257...if u could do back & front.

Accessible houses only equated to £137 out of £1000 of work........

Of which ive been charged.......

actual work that were willing to have them cleaned was £64....

And not thinking about it, as customers tolkd me so.

Or it was a 1 off as they were moving soon.

And lastly a customer was "thinking about it", & gave phone number & details, & would be in touch m if they wanted them cleaned.......And definetly was n't commiting to a contract of any sort

So im making it public knowledge, so you guys dont get duped, conned in any way.

I think he's on a hiding to nothing if he is expecting Trading Standards to take any action.

My suggestion to site members would be not to use any canvassers, or even purchase high value goods, without first reading about a recommendation about the vendor from some regular posters on this site.

no way Jose

it is good that you are letting everyone know, and you're offering help to people.
always make sure you get something in writing know where you stand if you deal with anyone don't be afraid to get it all in some sort of contract with id,

and remember talk means nothing DO not get excited and understand that a rental property has a yield of 6% per year and people work for years to get on the ladder,

so if someone is offering you a £1000 a month round of perfect customers who don't cause problems for a £2,000 which has a turnover of £12,000 so 600% on your investment something for sure isn't right ....

guys just be careful pls,
