Dynamall..... and feelling unwell
« on: July 23, 2014, 02:38:34 pm »
I have used Dynamall on both commercial and domestic jobs 5 times now, over the last 6 weeks or so ,  and on all occasions I have felt unwell with really bad indigestion, which is something I have never suffered from before, I know its this product as it was the only one I used on these days ( I wont be using it again )

Has anybody else had any health  issues with Dynamall  ?

This is the season for fine wine, and drunken friends, enjoy this moment, for this moment is your life.

Paul I see from our records you have purchased one bottle of Dynamall which was back in March.
This will have been the original formulation which some people have said they did not like the fragrance and it was catching the back of their throat.
This has since been re-formulated and now has an Orange fragrance and greater dilution rate. We have not had any feedback regarding anyone feeling unwell from its use.

None of my customers liked the old smell so I stopped using it but when the new one was re formulated then my customers (after trialling it out on a small area) loved the new one.

I liked the original although I used it through my chemstractor  straight onto the pad so it was never airborn so I never had a problem

I thought with all pre spray keep it close to the surface that you are applying it to about 4in from the surface. Agree with Stuart _ Clark

Never smelt the old one but the new one is very nice and fresh, customers say the same.

Find all encaps rather nasty if sprayed or misted but no problem at all through a gravity system.

There are some that are formulated for spraying.

It is worth looking at courser tips for your sprayer if you don't have gravity feed machine like the cimex.

I too use Dynamall on most jobs and like Darran use SPM. If someone can tell me a better encap please let me know as would be good to try something else to make a comparison. I still use the old dynamall and not had any issues to date.

I used Dynamall this evening for the first time. No health issues. Just very clean carpets and the office cleaner and the security guy commenting on how nice the smell was  :)

Scott and Darran, how much spm are you using? 1 scoop per litre of mixed up product?
Got some office tiles on Monday eve and thought I might give Dynamal another go.

Since when did SPM become a encap product? It's a micro splitter not an encap.

Never tried Dynamall yet. How does it compare to Fusion Clean?
