does anyone no where i can get a ionics brush or similiar. i have a vikan brush and have heard that not really great for windows but good for gutters and cladding

I use Viking brushes and have never had a problem with them.
I have only just changed my brush head on my 18ft pole after 7 months use.
I'm not saying Viking is better but i don't see why you should spend out on more expensive brushes if the ones you have work perfectly fine.
Sometimes it's down to personal preference though.

If you have only heard and not experienced any probs then why change.

I have just bought a mini pole with an ionics brush on it and the quality is a lot better than the ott days.

i recently bought 2 double trimmed ionics brushes , i was told they were better than my vikan , well the outcome was a waste of £40 and i now use the ionics to clean the cars with
the moral to the tale is if you are getting good results with what you have got , why spend money on something else i wont in the future

i bought a ionic pole pretty good but brush is to soft and brissles bend up most people say auto brush is the best

I use both an Ionic brush head and a Salmon brush head (with the spray), but I've had a 'go' of a vikan brush head and it seemed just as effective.

Do you really think your make of brush matters?

i see what you are all saying it's just i would like to have the best brush. i think ill stick with my vikian brush for now. maybe try the ionics one when i have abit of spare cash.

I use Ionic, Vikan, and Salmon brushes at the moment.
If the windows are reasonably clean and good condition, I don't find much difference in the result, sometimes the Vikan leaves spots on these.
If the windows are in need of a scrub, the Salmon or Ionics work best, but the Salmon is leaving windows a bit unfinished.
If the windows are nicely conditioned, the Salmon brush is leaving a good finish, quickest.
But, so far, the Ionics is proving to be the best,  all-round brush.
Just my opinion so far.  But I'm learning.
