Its on afew of them mate not all. Im gonna do them all again next month very carefully without wetting above the glass and see how it goes!

Good advice here eventually. Wet render from top windows not allowed to stop dripping before you did the bottoms. Trad lowers or wait then wfp. Very clear from pics runs down edge of frame so nothing to do with trickle vent.
