I prefer to put dry resin into a bucket or washing up bowl, add water and then pour straight into the top of the resin vessel.

Only realised this myself about a year ago

Thanks for info. I was using the Omnipole filters where the last bottle was a spectrum sealed resin bottle so no need to use lose resin but they was quite expensive. Changed the system and bought the 25L Di vessel filled it up about year & half ago, the way I filled it was fill near to the top leaving around 4 inches but pour in dry using a small cone they was easy, then I had to push the plastic stick thing down which wasn't to bad until the last bit was really hard but managed it in the end. I gotta now change it which never done but will have ago filling half pouring water in then more resin hopefully should be easier to push plastic rid in !!!👍

If you're having trouble getting the plastic tube through the resin, blow down it.  It makes a bubble of air in the resin at the bottom and you can move it down an inch or two.  If you have the lid on top of the tube, then it's the "out" hole you need to blow down.  Repeat.
