There does seem to be a massive price difference across the country, but is there much of a price range within each town. ? Many years ago, perhaps 25, I was struggling to get £1.50 on a former council estate but 3 miles away I could get £3 without a murmer ( what price would they have baulked at, I wonder?). The thing is, they had no more windows but they had more disposable income. On the other hand you can get houses with a lot more windows but the owners don't neccesarily have a corresponding amount of extra cash.

I tried to increase the price of a modern 3 bed semi today from £6 up to £7.......They cancelled
I put all the others in the area up £1 from the next clean as well, will soon see if any more cancel.
And before any of the big boys come on and say, how can you make money at these prices, we each averaged over £30 per hour today.

I like to think I charge accordingly for my services, obviously one customer today thought I charge too much
If I were to charge what some do on here, I would have to wear a mask

It amazes me how the price can be so different in the same village as well.

A house i would want £18 for she has been quoted £12 and one i quoted £16 for she said oh thats fine was paying £20!
