Arghhhhhhhhhhhh

I have just had a call from a lady with an incredible story. She had her carpets cleaned years ago (not by me I hasten to add !) and her cleaner left her a bit of carpet cleaning liquid, which she put into a lemonade bottle. Her daughter came home last night after a few 'sociable' drinks and decided that lemonade was her best option.

She drank it !!!!!!!!!!!

'What should I do' asked the customer ?

'Get her to A&E immediately' was my answer !!!!!!!

Never leave the customer anything in an unlabelled container or decant into their own container, otherwise this may happen !

I mentioned this a few years back when some numpty had left some product in an empty coke bottle. Their child drunk it and the hospital rang me for the msds details as we were the only company that came up in their search.
Its unbelievable that anyone wiuld be as thick as this but obviously they are out there. Its also highlights why msds sheets should actually be correct.
