I see this a lot but do customers have a clue what this means! I'm pretty sure most don't and see loads of other things on other carpet cleaning websites that most ordinary folk would not have a clue what it means!

We give one to every customer, just as a 'thank you.' Most comment how good it is and it also serves as a reminder of who gave it to them which is a great help in getting repeats.

Which ones do you use Simon?

I give them out to people that spend over £100-00. I also give an A4 sheet to everyone, that says the above, but adds that they can be bought for £5-00 if bill is under £100-00.
Also it says Free refills with any future cleans.
