Hi,probably a regularly asked question,but wondering what you guys charge per sq metre.I have to quote tomorrow for large multi national that i usually clean chairs for.Carpet will more than likely need extraction on desk areas and rotary open plans areas.I know its all about time etc,just wondering what the average per sq metre.thanks

It depends on the cleaning method for us and how much m2.

We average £1:80m2.  I know of some who charge £2 and £2.50 and a few who charge £1.  If cleaned by LM you can cover a large area in a very short time.

We never go below £1:50 and have a minimum m2 call out charge for commercial carpets.

Hey Darren,i usually charge around the 2 to 2.50 ,depending on condition of the carpet.Just interested in other cleaners price plan..
