Anybody with a Merlin
« on: March 28, 2006, 09:14:15 pm »
I heard it on here the other day that a Merlin cost 98p per 1000 L to run , i myself cannot see this , im on a water meter and my water costs £3.50 per 1000 L  .
I guess what i am asking for is the ratio PURE TO WASTE  .
My TDS is 100 if that helps any , my water pressure i do not know .

Could it be that the 98p per 1000L is the cost of the filters, ie the consumables of the merlin, ie the running cost minus the cost of the 'raw' water?
Just a thought.
