What can I do to stop spotting in the sun. I'm cleaning frames rinsing , then cleaning glass and rinsing but the windows directly in sun are still spotting and beading. Water is 002 .

SeanK may be along in a bit but he just put this on another thread that may help:

"When cleaning a window with rubber seals rub a damp microfiber along the rubber and if
it leaves black marks then its going to cause problems.
What you need to do with these is make sure you don't leave any water beads on the rubber.
Scrub and rinse along the rubber then scrub and rinse the rest of the window, go back to the top
and rub the brush along the rubber to remove any water beads and then rinse again from about two inches
below. "

Any rubber seal that leaves marks as described treat with g101 scrub without water flow for 30 seconds then scrub and rinse,  it will flow black for a minute or so then you'll get clear water, none of the black will stick to the frame while ringing off, the rubber will never leech black again while your doing a regular clean on them

Seems like a lot of hassle to me. Think I might just trad the jobs that spot.

The only time i have ever had spotting is when my water was above 005.
Other than that i would suggest either your technique or the sills are ruined, unless your brush head is contaminated

No spray onto window/frame use a plant sprayer ( we use the 1.25 ltr hozelock )
