Air Extractors
« on: April 30, 2014, 11:13:35 am »
Got a cladding clean which has some louvred grills which are where recycled air is blown out of the factory.

We've used detergent on them and scrubbed with various brushes which has improved them but not to a decent enough standard.

Also pressure washers, hot and cold have not touched it.

Any ideas?

Just done a test patch for a store with a similar problem . Used 130 F Heat , cold with pressure , Viro , G101 , SP10 , after 20 mins on small area it then looked clean. Told the store that it is going to be labour intensive hence the price . They wont book ! Ed

It would be cheaper to paint over them !

You can also get a test sample from Tensid. Richard sent me some samples, did not get round to use it but it may be worth looking at if Kevin's product does'nt work . Ed

Well, aqua mix extreme was a waste of £50!

Ended up cleaning them by hand with abrasive sponges...took 2 guys best part of a day to do 4!

Sometimes good old fashioned hard graft is the only option.
