I agree with archer on this. Far to many idiots post on here and knock people. I have had a few chats with archer and he has always been very helpfull. He has made a bid difference in how I work now. It is always the same idiots on here that bully others for asking for advice. It's like being in the play ground again. This is why many don't post anymore.

I've spoken to archer, never had any beef with him.
I'm sure I've bantered with him on here.
He's a big boy though. I'm sure he can fight his own battles if it does get personal.
