PAYE
« on: March 27, 2014, 06:19:53 pm »
I'm trying to be a bit more organised with paying my employees as i'ver made a few small mistakes this year.

What does everyone use? I obviously use the RTI but my wage slips are created myself, is there a program that will do all that for you. I've made a few small miscalculation this year and I want to make sure its right. All corrected now by the way.

What does Sage allow you to do?

It's best to use a payroll agent, it works out peanuts, and they know employment laws, holiday entitlement etc
And how to deal with tribunals etc!

Any one need a good firm,
Email me and I'll pass details over

Mr B
If in doubt.....Leave it out !!

change to monthly and get a payroll company will cost you peanuts in comparison to the time and cost of doing it yourself

Majority of the staff just do cleaning Clive, some do a bit of pressure washing.
No carpets, maybe in the future.

Tricky one isnt it. I`m always worried that if I take on someone else, their  work may not be at the same standard as mine. :-\

They never do it to the same standard. When you find good staff, you have to do everything to keep them.
