do you find that when you give your customer the wfp explanation letter that most of them dont bother to read it, ive had 2 customers this week ask me what chemicals i put in the water and 1 ask me how i dry the windows. I think it would be better if i sat them down and read it to them :
When i change a customer over to wfp i explain best i can about this new technology and also give them the letter but still finding you still have go through it over and over.
I told 1 customer the windows will be left wet but would dry natually clean he gave me a funny look but ive had that a few times but when i did them this time he said you were right i just didnt believe you.
