[JetVac Cleaning]

Have been asked to go and clean mould from a few different areas of a property! They have just had a large ventilation system fitted to deal with the problem but want me to go clean the place up ready for decoration ect. What is the best product to use for this type of clean

They will be here soon saying you should never do these jobs unless you have a  degree in rocket science but haho off you go and earn some wedge

I don't really want to do it! Would much rather start the PW up ! Don't like to turn down good money and apparently it's not much of it. I do have hypo but didn't think of using it inside?  I'm guessing you would dilute it down sponge it on and leave for a while before rinsing off with fresh water?

Don't laugh, but I have used this loads of times and it works a treat.

Mould will often return, especially if cause not eliminated but in some new builds one treatmen with this paired with the home now occupied and thus heated and dry has on many times done the trick.

Hypo and caustic with a splosh of soap !

 I used to use detox mould and mildew to clean mould off of bouncy castles

I have to give credit where credit is due someone got me to try the LTP Mouldex a few years ago on really bad Black Mould in a bathroom.  I sprayed it on direct from the bottle scrubbed it in then sprayed some more on and left it 45 minutes.   We rinsed it off and the Mould was gone!  I have never used anything else since

What I will say is it was taken off sale about a year ago because the bottles weren't performing well but they repackaged it and started selling it again.  I find LTP products generally OK for DIYers but we sell very little of it to Pro's.  The DIY Brigade spenmd £1000's per week on it through our shops.  We don't use it because we have other stuff that is better but a couple of their products are really good one being the LTP Mouldex and their Floor Waxes are also very good.

[JetVac Cleaning]

After being recommended to a mould remover called HG and b & q stock it I reluctantly bought some thinking yeah right this stuffs not going to be any good! How wrong was I!! Sprayed it on and returned 20 mins later and it was like a freshly painted wall again with no sign at all of any staining or mould even being present before . Brilliant stuff

Nothing like a chlorine filled room.
Headache but nice clean walls.
Might try the B&Q stuff.
Bought this stuff that was black smells like dettol what a load of rubbish left it on a path for 3 hrs and it budged nothing.
Black stop I think.
Hypo would have melted the path in that time.
