Just started, looking for more work in West Sussex
« on: March 22, 2006, 08:51:53 pm »
Hi all I just started up a month ago.

I'm based in Near Gatwick in West Sussex and Ive picked up about 50 customers so far (all residential).

I'm now looking to expand and was wondering if anyone on here has some work they want to 'off load for free' or sell at a fair price.

Looking at a distance of say 15 miles max from my location.

Also interested in hearing from other newbies in the West Sussex area if you are around.

Yes for my sins i also run a detective agency. its a good business but very hard work (legally and ethically) . i recently decided window cleaning would be my next venture.

I thought the two would complement each other! lol

Cleaning windows is a great undercover excuse - only joking

Hi David.
I'm in your area (or are you in mine?) ?
Although I'm not yet ready, I intend to canvass a load of work in the coming months and unload some of my less beneficial work bit by bit (well you wouldn't expect me to give up my best work would you??)  ;D  . My canvassing will start in late March/early April.
I'm in Crawley but don't do much around here as there are a lot of terraced houses where the only back access is through the house.  Where are you based?  Are you cleaning the traditional way or with WFP?  I ask this as some of the ones I will be giving up seem to dislike me using WFP.
If I see someone in a van with binoculars watching me work, I won't know if it's the water company or you now.  :)
