Messed up Ashbys

I have an old Ashby Ninja which has seen better days (its my backup) can anyone recomend
where to have it serviced and fixed , the heating elemant is not working and one of the vacuums is blown up
Keeping it clean !

Its reasonable easy to put the Motor in yourself  Remember to get new seals. Not sure about Heater

It's a kettle type element that sits in the bottom, the are easy to fit if you can find a replacement, I would be prone to whipping it out and visiting small electrical appliances repair shops to see it the have an alternative.

More than likely it has a locking nut and some sort of heat resistant silicone fixing it in place.

Its worse than that Mike, I owned two ninjas a while back that needed new heater elements in time!
They have a metal plate boths sides of the plastic tank and thats sandwiched in hd silicone
a right bugger to remove

The heaters are now obsolete so very hard to find good ones, mostly chinese rubbish now. Unless you really need a heater I would leave it alone.
Vac units are easy to replace, a LOT cheaper to do it yourself, just make sure they are not cheapie units.
