I went to a house to clean a carpet for a customer a few years ago, inside was the wife's domain outside was the misters, inside was like Buckingham palace this lady was very proud outside the mister had built a wooden decking from pallets in fact he'd just nailed them together it looked a mess tbh but it just goes to show that different people want different things, Rd uses do it for price, availability or just want a go many don't use it again.

Is there not room for all. Don't see Waitrose complaining about the 99p store

Forget those idiots, one way or another they won't stand the test of time.

Its our job to find people who are receptive to what we do and the prices we charge. You don't need your whole town using you, you need only a tiny percentage to make a very good living cleaning carpets and drinking tea.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.
