How do you price? is it by hour? How much per hour??

The building is about 45 mins away. The windows havent been cleaned for years so its going to be a big job but Ive got a wfp system. Havent seen the building so dont know what size it is but all I know it is over 2 floors.

Any help would be appreciated.
