Dave willis i have the ladder mate, not the ladder m8.  Its brilliant, its basically impossible for the ladders to slip backward and they also give a lot of sideways stability too.  The best thing is it take about 2 second to fit on the bottom.  It gives me complete confidence when i use the ladders
