Had a problem with mine to start with and they sorted it, great service and now has been my best battery sprayer I've owned..love it
Must put self tappers in handle though otherwise when carried it drops and breaks wheels!

sorry to say after having the wcw model,i am really disapointed with the sherpa,it just doesnt release enough chemical,the wcw one gives a really powerful spray which actually wets the carpet with one sweep
as anybody changed the wand or something as people seem to like them

Not sure what you mean about releasing enough chemical? Is the jet too small / clogged?
have you turned regulator numpty to full? I found pressure really good.
