I never accept offers of tea/coffee from customers, too much of a temptation to stop longer than i should chatting!.
Of course, the fact that i am very particular about how i take my tea/coffee might also have something to do with that, and having read these posts, i am thinking my 'policy' is the right one

I mentioned on another thread about an Irish traveller lady customer who makes a great mug of tea, with sausage rolls, ham sandwich, biscuits and choccys, every time I am there.
Being of her background, everything is spotlessly clean too. Lovely lady.
