He's better off doing it himself with one of those long pole things with a brush on that plugs into your hoselock.
First heavy storm and it will look crap again!

They致e just had some roof work done so that痴 why it痴 dirty apparently, plus it does look a little green in areas. Just needs a good scrub 👍
