Is it possible he has blocked my IP address because everyone can get on there apart from me.
If you enter your e-mail or login password wrong 5 times in a row you'll automatically get IP blocked. Submit a support ticket with your hosting company and they'll whitelist you again. 
A mate hosts it on his server. Sounds dodgier than it is. He is an IT manager at his place of work, so knows his stuff. I've not entered wrong details multiple times as far as I know. Is it possible the hacker has done that? Also, I have deleted the email account on Outlook 2010 and set it up again with a new password etc. Outlook won't accept it, but my HTC phone will. It's all very puzzling.....
