Looks good. We had something a little similar just before Christmas. An old 1950s quarry tile stairwell. We knew that when we were to start cleaning there would be grout loss. Got the client to choose what colour grout they wanted. Explained that it would be a different texture/appearance etc to the existing. Did the patch in. Client not happy. Explained the qualifications again did a sample step with colour sealer and they went ahead with all 5 flights of stairs as an extra! Would have been great if we had the time to fit it in so after many long hours it all looks great and NOBODY TOOK ANY PICS! It was Christmas Eve to be fair.

I tested the sample for Jamie against Aqua Mix but I am afraid the results were for Jamie.  The test is simple to do just buy one of each mate and try them.  But if you read the posts really well Jamie has accurately described his product!  Phil why don't you book onto a course the next one is planned for the 12 March we cover all this!

I would Kev but don't have funds at moment i'm struggling with getting business for carpeting so no point in hard floors till i have a steady amount of work and income available. Your course will be my number 1 choice when i decide to take that step.

Jamie will the tile tidy cover and treat mould already in the grout ? also with the 10year protection is that guaranteed or can't be due too differnt scenarios ? Thanks Phil.

The cleaner contains a fungicide to kill the existing spores.

Since the sealer blocks light and moisture it cannot grow.
