had a £32 8wkly customer that wants to go 4wkly result !!! i also clean the houses either side 8wkly at £32 ,im hoping that when they know the other house had gone 4 wkly they will follow suit and want to keep up with jones,resulting in extra £624 a year income.
do you lads get any that go from 8wkly to 4wkly

I had one domestic about three months ago. I took him on about a year ago offering 2 monthly at £25 or monthly at £20. He went two monthly but then asked for monthly. I said that as he was going monthly his rate would drop to £22. (my new current rate)

Earlier this month he asked me to do his commercial unit (which i knew nothing about him having) about four miles from where he lives and right in the middle of my patch and I offered £50 2 monthly or £40 monthly. he went for monthly with a quarterly inside clean too.

Result!

It's the only custy that has ever done this, although quite a few choose monthly when offered a choice initially.
