i have about  30 houses for sale  or swap  , all 3 storey and all must be done trad . some are on steep hill  .   good reason for sale/swap council  and all excellent payers been with me 5 yrs every 6 weeks . price of jobs is normal

How much work is there in total? Is it well priced and compact? Can very top ones be done with a trad pole?

about 30 x 3 storey victorian private houses and high at that .  been doin em with a crew  as most are on busy sloping town centre streets -   id swap for 15 council houses only ,  on greenstead/highwoods
  my only reason for wanting rid is im only intrested in council houses and more  3 storeys are available all over town iv been asked only this week so its there if you can hack it . you couldnt do with a trad pole

Ok... thanks for response. Looks like I can't buy it then as I only use ladders to first floor and occasionally use trad pole for anything higher. Any other work your thinking of selling(or know of anyone then let me know)

Just out of curiosity..... why do u just want to do council houses? Do you use ladders for top windows then on the 3 storeys? As you said it was for trad cleaners. I would never go up a ladder that high lol

i just prefer council house work  now .     3storey on  ladders is fairly good money

 what dyou drive ,and what colour?  when i see you out and about i will stop n have a chat
