Hi Alex , i purchased recently a soft water ro waste valve from you.

I disconnected the pure hose from the tank to compare flow and the pure is coming out at least twice as fast as the waste when it is supposed to be 50/50.

this means my tds has gone from 7-9 from ro unto 18-20 .

I have partially opened the valve to get it to around 50/50 which is fine.

The point of buying it was so i could just go from production to flush without faffing about .

any ideas what the problem might be?

its on a 40/40 system running about 80psi.

Obviously the exact ratio will vary depending on the pressure of the water, but running at about 67/33 is a bit off.

It may be that you have a faulty one. Drop me an email and I will look into sorting this for you.
