Hi Barry

If I was asked t clean a customers carpet with jean dye on this would be My reply.

" It May lighten but i cant guarantee removal"  "would still like me to give your carpet a good clean"

then I would move on the time spent isnt worth what the will pay unless its our own then the same applies.

If it's on a synthetic fibre then your results can be very good natural fibres more difficult I find that ultrapac is very good apply hot and then agitated in very well with a contra rotating machine and a decent dwell.
