whats the going rate for a pub cellar clean these days lets say average 20/30 barrel cellar this will include all pump fittings lines to barrels floor walls.... and what do you charge for floods per hour or per job in a cellar....

I assume the cellar has been flooded then pumped out  - If you have a drain to sewer then I'd look to pressure wash it with quite low pressure depending on the electric situation - all cellars are different and there is nothing to say its below ground. Then put bleach in the tank - to the correct dilution and rinse down. Remember you are dealing with sewage and this must be treated as such. If you can't pressure wash then again weak chlorine and I use white rags, I would put 2 blokes in and want £360+vat and materials. You need to do your own rams but you might want to spray 429 first. Maybe photos ? I did a hospice shop last and it took three of us five hours to carry the sewage soaked stock out of the cellar which cost them £400 to dump. I did a pizza shop once and the worst but was the wet pizza boxes but the Chinese had massive slugs crawling over the rice and cooked cabbage

i did one in whitehaven on tuesday three small rooms it had already been pumped out by the fire brigade... not much damage... althought we did throw 2 wheelie bins of stock away as the bottles had been under water most others where just damage to bottom of box so removed contents , dipped in bio-side and wiped. i charged 640 all in for that...
had to clean all pumps and barrels and floor....
