First pic is a huge place a Mannor hse and lodge also house keeper cottage and game keepers.

Second very large Retirement home, I have one more clean before I loose the contract as they own 175 care homes and are now going to ladders free to do the lot.

I have done the job 15yrs every 4wks, and wfp last 2 1/2 years you win some you loose some. The pic was taken last time.

Hiya Roy,

Well the outside won't be too bad with WFP, though the last time I looked, those windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

Don't envy you the insides though :-\

I agree.
Lovely place to work, but hard work.

Still, I'm sure it's not a cheap job Roy. ;) ;D

Someone else priced it, and he's got more bottle than me, when he told me the price  :o :o :o I thought I was top rate. So when he said do you want it, I ripped his arm off. ;D

They have a website, it cost about £120 to  register and if you meet there requirements they will use you.

You are  asked which 3 counties you will cover any jobs in those counties they will ask you to qoute.

By doing that the can cover the whole of the uk.

Retirement care decided for saftey reasons they would use them, However I had been  using wfp two and half years ago. But thats life.

this is their website.

http://www.laddersfree.com

they use local window cleaners who have registered with them.
If a commercial client wanted an office block cleaning in Nottingham using WFP only and you were registered with Laddersfree, they would contact you with the details and you would go and quote at your terms. It is not sub-contracting.
