My van is like a swimming pool lol, if it wasn't for all the rust letting the water out I would get wet feet! That's not a leak ,condensation  ;D

Looks like the elbow needs replacing. I had to replace mine recently.

I had a leaky elbow once but a tap on the shoulder cured it.

If its a fixed hose reel that doesnt move in and out the van, you could always heat the hose and push it onto the fitting then 2 jubilee clips

Whats leaking ?
the orange female hoselock ? = easy change to a better quality one
or
the brass swivel / elbow ? = unscrew from the reel spindle and pack it with an extra washer ( pushes the elbow section that swivels against the threaded body more creating a tighter seal and stops it leaking )
