So if your wife, partner, or someone else you are close to gets it, you will assume they are making up all the symptoms?. What for?, your sympathy?.
It wasn't that long ago that DNA didn't 'exist', thankfully now not only does it exist, we can use it to catch people who committed rape, murder, etc in the past.
MS was officially recognized as a disease in 1868, i'm assuming if you were around before then, you would claim the people suffering from it were just making it up too, seeing as it didn't exist.
Like I said earlier, ignorance is bliss.
My wife won't get it.
We're workers in my house.
ME only exists in countries where it can exist.
If there is no option but to get up and go to work, funny enough, people get up and go to work.
If there is the ME option, like in the UK people don't seem to be able to be 'cured' coincidence? I think not.
I do realise it would be nothing short if retribution if I did catch ME. Because I'm a non-believer.
But in my experience (and it is broader than you may think-though I won't elaborate) no-one who wanted to be 'cured' still 'has' it.
Plenty 'have it' and wallow in self pity, claiming their benefits and telling their sob stories to anyone who will listen don't seem to be able to get 'cured'
Same as <goes to cupboard and gets out fresh can of worms> depression.
Doesn't exist on countries where it's not an option.
Can you imagine in Africa-starving, malnourished, not eaten in days, barely able to stand up, desperate people with nothing to live for in absolute poverty.
Someone says 'if you walk one mile, there is a bowl of rice for you'
Their response would be, 'I can't, I've got ME'
And for that matter 'I can't, I'm too depressed.
Nope, me neither.
I am definitely not a believer.
Never have been.
Only will be if I catch it.
