II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
This contract is for the regular internal cleaning of the Scottish
National Gallery (comprising the Gallery, the Royal Scottish Academy
Building and the Weston Link), Scottish National Portrait Gallery,
Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art One and Scottish National Gallery
of Modern Art Two, there will also be a requirement to carry out Periodic
Deep Cleans and Carpet cleans within these Buildings. Areas to be cleaned
include Office Accommodation, Kitchens / Tea Points, Toilet Areas,
Circulation Areas Corridors and Staircases.
Experience of working in a similar environment is essential as well as
having the capability and support structures in place to compliment the
contract. Details of Quality Management System Awards, Investors in
People, Business Awards, Professional Bodies and Trade Associations to be
submitted.
