The joys of being a boss.

I know it may get you down, but as long as he pays you on time - i would just keep plodding on, or if your not happy move on but being a boss is not plain sailing.

If he is happy for you to work alone, why is he in the van? Better to stay at home and do the office work and get new work in.  ???

You should go get some of your own work, get someone to work for you...and sit in the van with the heaters going and wear gloves inside the van  ;)
