Cleaners Mate or Get Booked Up?
« on: November 19, 2013, 01:09:26 pm »
He everyone,

CLEANERS MATE OR GET BOOKED UP?

Please I need some advice on cleaning software for a growing cleaning company.

At the moment we dont use any software, we just use excel and word to keep files and letters up to date.
Now that we are growing and won a leisure centre cleaning contract we would like to invest in a software that will safe us time and also be functional for the industry we are in.

Searching on google mostly gives me American software (Maid manager pro etc)

I found Cleaners Mate and Get Booked Up online and have gone trough the websites but does any one here have any experience with either one of these softwares or if you use something totaly different please let me know.

Any help and or advice would be highly appreciated

Many thanks

Evans

CP (Cleaner Planner) looks very good - see this thread for Rob' s email,  I am sure he will tell you more, IMO its very good, with lots of bells adn whistles (bulk email/text etc) being added

Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience

What do you want the software to do? If you want full back ups and access to your data from your mobile phone or laptop and anything in between give roundpartner a go for six weeks free. Easy to migrate from excel just upload to the account and it schedules it all. We are releasing multi users soon so if you have a few teams they can access the work they need without printing off day sheets. Speak to lee Burbrigde off the window cleaning mag he guys have been using it for a few months. Designed for window cleaners
