Two points on what is otherwise a good site.

1. The area you cover is tucked away on the FAQ page
this information should also be on main pages.

2.The before and after shots on the stair carpet could be better
the after shot actually looks worse.

hope these observations help, from a fresh pair of eyes as they say.

Site looks good very proffesional, would change the stair pics myself but they will do for now.
One piece of advice i would give you is up your price's for your carpet cleaning they are way,way to cheap.

I charge more and people think im cheap.

At them prices you wont survive.
Dont forget your advertising costs.
Van maintanance.
Chemicalls.
Machine repairs.
Etc.
Etc
Etc.

I find on average, each job i get costs me £20 in advertising then you got about £5 of chems and £5 of diesel (so thats £30 gone before you start)

And with my prices my average job price is just under £100, with your prices i would guess about £60

So your only gonna earn £30 a job
And there wont be to many to start with

And you will get unexpected things crop up that need paying and that money wont cover it,
Trust me
i just spent £307 today on cluch for van
£260 not long ago for machine repair
and loads of little day to day things

It looks really good.   been looking into this myself, where the hek do you start!

Did you start from scratch? I found a few sights with free clipart and those tab thingies, but now i'm stuck!

I'm extremely far from an expert, but i thought that if you put first the words that people use to search for on google, etc, your site has more chance of being one of the first to come up (hope that bit makes sense).  Perhaps you could do a home page showing all your services, perhaps with a brief description of them.

And I agree with the others, may be put your address on the Contact Us page.

Well done though!

I found it difficult to understand if you are talking about carpet cleaning or general cleaning because they are lumped together in no particular order.

Prices WAYYY to cheap, to be honest if you are a professional carpet cleaner then those prices would cause great derision on the carpet cleaning section, they are  ridiculously low.

The girl  with the red bucket also  looks like she really doesnt want to be there.

And you're a "cleaning service with a difference" , but what IS the difference? You aren't offering anything extra that I can see.

I have put pries up but waiting for webdesigner to upload the website.
The girl that loks like she would rather be watching paint dry for a year than be standng in that photo always has a face like a slapped ass but pictures wil be changed and improved when the opportunity arises.
I am also getting the web designer to add the location i serve thanks for the tips guys.
we are a cleaning service with a difference because we aim to be so professional which is said by the bullet points on home page, many commercial cleaning servies in essexx arnt as professional as you guys on here are
I thaught the website was quite easy to anvigate gary.
Thanks again for all yor advice guys and all the best ine ach of your businesses
