Hi yeah I have sought legal advice, with solicitor, trading standards and inland revenue etc. He was South Dorset Cleaning when I bought work. He did say he was going fishing and when we went round in the van to drop letters he waas running from the van to houses then he told me he had suffered a mim stroke but he didnt look like he had.
He then told me he was coming back as during jan he had over 50 calls from new customers and said he would be stupid not to, so his boat was for sale as i seen it on findafishingboat.com, when questionedhe said he had some one running it and he then changed his name to South Window Cleaning LTD He signs everything as Lord Simon Norman but his actual name on his fb account is Simon Verity. I asked him not to contact anyone he sold me and he said he had no intention of doing soas he still had over 400 customers and only sold the ones he didnt want( bearing in mind he told me ihad bought the last of his work) He then told.me.his wife and brother in law bought the business from him and he just cleaned the windows but he is signing letters from him as the director. But as you can guess as soon as he started up again the first people he contacted was all the ones he sold me and then told them i was only looking after them whilst he had an ankle op. He sent a text through to me that I had crossed the line now thats it just wait till i see you next time the gloves are off. so when i said thanks for that this is good eveidence for my solicitor he then replied that txt wasnt meant for you, whuch i know it was, but he had to reply something like that as nearly every week he has told one of my customers he is taking me to court but i have receipts etc and all the customers have wised upto him now as aparently he had been sending letter round saying this is now sold then ih it was a mistake its not, so this bloke is a complete waste of time never deal with him and also i was on facebook last week and he is also putting out ads as the dorsetwindowcleaner so beware he maybe back as that. who knows he changes his name every other week
