Ben if you are not working due to bad weather (like me)  :'( why don't you visit a plumbing supplies shop and see if they have something suitable in stock?
If they do not have what you require they might be able to point you in the right direction of where to get them from.

If your flue is 83mm Outside diameter, then you need a silicone hose that is 83mm inside diameter.
