Some people forget that it's easier to find customers than it is to find window cleaners.

ive got 3 customers that will soon be ex customers when i finally get payment.i made a decision to take a bad paying customer back on at a higher price a while ago.she was ok for a few months then has slid into her old bad ways again.my fault really.

from now on i will never take an ex customer back on in future.
price higher/work harder!

I'm in the process of taking a bad customer back now.
Charged her literally double the price and put her on direct debit with advance payment.
Once it's set up I'll not have to see or speak to her again.
Until she chucks me.
In the meantime, I'll happily take her money.

You have hit your tipping point it only gets better from here on in.

I hit mine about 18 months ago and culled about 55 ish customets in 2 months then had em replaced with in 6 months.

Now have zero tolerance and 1 strike and your out
