ok so I got it wrong saying my patch I know its not exactly my patch the customers said it was nothing to do with the way we clean them it was coz there mate was starting up in the trade and they wanted to give him the work it just pes me off when I pay over 4000 for a round and someone jumps on it but never mind that's business and like you say its just give me the kick up the arse to get more work which isn't really a problem.
What are you going to do or say if more of them start doing it? Even though you paid 4k can anyone still go anywhere?

I had the same issue when I first started.

I went out and walked the streets and some people said
"Already got one and he does this area"
other said "I really need a window cleaner"
others said "I got one but I don't like them"
and others said "F*** Off"

We are all working from same pot but I always leaflet drop or door knock in area I work in!

I lost maybe 9 customers and some have returned and some have not.   But I always ask them for feedback.  and that what part I enjoy is getting feedback about what I could of done better.
