Just got like 20 houses to clean from the Sainsbury's PR department. They are building a local new shopping centre and have had ppl complain about the dirt on their windows from the building work. Sainsbury are hiring us to sort these properties out. Me thinks all 20 will be customers too

Has anyone else gained customers this way. We did it for them about 3 weeks ago too and picked up 3 new commercial contracts because of it....

We've had Sainsbury's locals on and off. At the moment their windows are being cleaned by a National Window Cleaning company.

Oh, its coming winter time and they liked all of them cleaning before they open at 6am so I'd better expect a call then. We always seem to get to clean them in the winter time and get discontinued in the Spring.

In answer to your question though, we clean a run of 8 new houses (that are now lived in) for the builder as they get filthy. 7 will prob become customers, 1 won't because her garden is always full of dog poo.

We were working on a Sainsbury's refurb, about four years ago, Hayes I think and had to go and clean several houses because of dust and numerous complaints.

If the site is one that we get onto, on that I mean it will be one of the four or five principle contractors that we subcontract to I will see if you want a coffee.

It may be another contractor mate and we might never see it!!

We got in by doing the little jobs - see the bigger picture - if the work is direct and or through the principal contractor they will make you sweat for your money!!

Is it the new sainsburys being built in Leicester that's on a x roads Lee? We drive past it every month on our way to Ketton and it is getting bigger every time. I've spent a long time looking at it as the traffic is horrendous on the way home at those traffic lights.
