Do A plan actually have courtesy vans with a fitted system? I have read a few times on here that they don't, but are happy to sell the insurance for this.

I ask as they are coming out cheaper than Alexander Swan for the same cover.

Ask them to confirm in writing that they actually have courtesy vans fitted with systems, and ask what systems exactly they have.

You won't get a satisfactory response, because they don't exist.  They don't have vans with systems. 

They will probably be able to provide a hire van WITHOUT a system, whatever use that may be.

They did say to me that they had some aplan customers ringing to ask if they could hire their vans as a plan didn't have any.

I would stay with A swan, they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for ?
Just like window cleaners there are loads round me all cheaper but I am flat out and the phone keeps ringing every day, LOL

Past forum members who have at to claim have all confirmed that they do not have vans with systems

Alaxandra swan only company that does have vans
Thats why you pay a slight amount extra than others and they will not let you down

I had to claim accident one day van and system on the drive next day with thermopure

Yes I have van and system replacement in policy ... Is this nit true then ??

Hi guys, yes they DO have replacement vans with a pure freedom system fitted, they have kindly emailed me pictures, but when I try to upload onto this thread it says uploader is full - any other suggestions?
